  • Support the Agribusiness Relationship Manager team in managing customer portfolios, providing exposure to large and complex customers.
  • Deepen existing customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all agribusiness product suites.
  • Onboard new customers, obtaining necessary information and documentation, completing application forms, and maintaining ongoing portfolio maintenance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email, participating in customer visits to deliver a customer-centric experience.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or qualifications in agribusiness, finance, or a related field.
  • Ideal experience in or knowledge of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
  • Financial analysis skills, including ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions and agribusiness products beneficial.
  • Able to proactively support dedicated bankers in delivering innovative customer-centric solutions.
