Culinary Specialist Opportunity

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to patients, staff, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve appetizing and nutritious meals for a diverse range of customers.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure dietary requirements are met and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage inventory and assist in procurement of food stock, ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Trade Certificate in Catering/Chef or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a chef in a large-scale food preparation setting.
  • Strong time management skills to manage high-volume catering operations.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food services and maintaining stringent hygiene standards.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef, able to work independently across all sections.
