At BlueCross, we aim to create a new age of living.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive efficiencies and support residents and staff. This roving position will cover 11 residences in Central Melbourne.

About the Role:

- Ensure outstanding resident care meets expectations.

- Market residence to the local community and referral network.

- Manage external contractors to meet service standards.

- Plan, manage and deliver budgets for occupancy and funding income.

- Grow revenue through marketing and advocacy of additional services.

Requirements:

- Experience in aged care management, preferably in residential settings.

- Understanding of quality management systems.

- Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and assist others.

- Proven ability to manage conflict situations.

- High level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

- Division 1 nursing qualification with current registration.

- Tertiary qualifications in Gerontology and/or Business Management.
