We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate & Commercial team. This role will be based in the Hobart office, working as a hybrid where at least three days a week will be spent in the office.

As an experienced Account Manager you will implement Client First Principles across your portfolio of accounts within our Corporate practice, ensuring high-quality customer service is always provided. In addition to end-to-end management for a portfolio of clients, you will work collaboratively with other brokers and support junior colleagues where needed.

Consistently achieve agreed service standards.

Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes to preserve these relationships.

Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, identifying and meeting client needs.

Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.

Maintain awareness of complex claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.

Possess a thorough understanding of major classes of General insurance and stay updated on technical and product developments.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including industry regulations.
