Mobile Home Lender Job

We are seeking an experienced and highly passionate professional to fill a key role within our lending team in Coffs Harbour. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting loan interviews, assessing serviceability, and managing the end-to-end process.
  • Proactively following up and converting leads from various channels while identifying new business opportunities through outreach and referral networks.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by meeting customers in-branch, offsite, or virtually, including outside standard hours.
  • Representing our brand through events, workshops, and community engagement activities.

We require a candidate with:

  • A strong product knowledge and solid understanding of lending credit policy.
  • A proven track record in managing a pipeline of business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • The ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Promoting brand awareness throughout the community.
