About the Role

  • Provide expert advice to design, construction, commercial, operational, and other project teams on sustainability requirements.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance and compliance.
  • Develop and manage environmental & sustainability management systems.
  • Manage environment & sustainability consultants.
  • Conduct field monitoring and inspections.
  • Identify and initiate local sustainability improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a positive environmental & sustainability culture.
  • Ensure adherence to project policies, procedures, and safety legislation.
  • Stay current with relevant policies, legislation, standards, and innovations.

Requirements

  • Degree in sustainability, engineering, environmental engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience working on construction sites.
  • Delivering sustainability management plans and targets.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within construction.
  • ISAP and/or GSAP certification; experience with Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) and Green Star Ratings preferred.
