Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Planning Analyst.

This role will involve working with our new network planning team to support the growth, expansion and profitability plans of our retail store network. You will identify prime locations for new stores, optimizing the performance of existing locations, and work with our team of Store Developers to drive business expansion.


The Role:
  • Developing the network plan for our company to identify new store and expansion opportunities
  • Evaluating and preparing market assessments for fuel and non-fuel store opportunities
  • Creating, managing and updating templates and reports for site evaluation and performance reporting purposes
  • Creating, introducing and maintaining GIS / spatial data sets
  • Sourcing and managing data used for market assessment and research purposes
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to support and build robust project business cases
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail network planning (client side preferred)
  • Proficient in market analysis and data-driven decision-making, using best-in-class tools
  • Experience in Store Impact studies and Project Implementation Reviews (PIR)
  • Solid GIS (MapInfo) and spatial data management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a high-performance environment
