We are seeking passionate individuals to lead day tours showcasing the breathtaking beauty of Central Australia.

The Role

You'll drive and operate shuttle and charter services, ensuring every journey is memorable. Based in Alice Springs, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional tours for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day tours in Central Australia, showcasing its unique landscapes and features
  • Operate shuttle and charter services with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A valid HR license (or currently obtaining)
  • Minimum 1 year of coach driving experience (desirable)
  • Current Provide First Aid certificate and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current NT Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain)
  • Police Check and Medical Check
  • Park Accreditation (Uluru & Kata Tjuta Knowledge for Tour Guides)
  • Confidence, customer focus, conscientiousness, and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for the outdoors and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment
