A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
The successful candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package, including a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
This full-time, permanent position requires regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility. You will be responsible for leading a well-established sales team and developing sales processes, marketing initiatives, and strategies to drive market share and profitability.
You will work closely with the Branch leadership team to ensure continued profitability and growth, as well as the personal growth of employees and satisfaction of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the wider agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results.
