Your New RoleWe are seeking a skilled Survey Professional to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our Survey team, you will be responsible for performing and managing survey projects, allocating resources, engaging with clients, and ensuring compliance with WHS procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Survey Manager in allocating resources to deliver major projects
- Perform various types of surveying tasks both field and office based within a given environment
- Utilize advanced plan and data interpretation skills to compute survey data, providing insights for project decisions
- Build and maintain relationships to win work and ensure client satisfaction
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development aligned with company goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies through seminars and professional development
You are a professional in the Survey/Geospatial industry with a strong understanding of Surveying and a passion for developing client solutions that deliver value for both them and Woolpert. You bring your experience to contribute to the growth and advancement of the Survey Discipline.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experienced in using CAD software (including but not limited to AutoCAD) and Survey software systems
- Comprehensive understanding of best practice survey techniques and competent use of survey equipment and software systems
- Passionate for spatial solutions and technology and a strong commitment to personal excellence, with demonstrated self-motivation and resourcefulness
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive:
