Key Role

An experienced Business Analyst is required to play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) ecosystem.

This key individual will serve as the primary point of contact for support on EPC and Objective Keystone platforms, resolving service requests and addressing production defects promptly.

  • Provide exceptional customer-focused support.
  • Manage application incidents and ensure system stability across platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Proven ability to manage service requests.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
