We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Legal Assistant Lead to join our team at Herbert Smith Freehills.

As a key member of our industry-leading Cyber Security team, you will provide administrative support to our Partner and senior lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of their practices.

The role involves managing Partners' internal and external appointments, including international travel and diary management. You will also assist with the organisation of meetings, events, and seminars, as well as managing the team's travel arrangements and drafting internal and external communication on behalf of the Partner.

In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with document creation, editing, formatting, and finalisation, as well as high-volume file management and complex billing processes. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the accurate and timely completion of these tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant, impeccable attention to detail, and previous experience in extensive diary and inbox management. You will also need the ability to anticipate Partner requirements to reduce administrative time, uphold a high level of confidentiality, and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 26 weeks paid parental leave, a holistic wellbeing fund, and a home office allowance.
