**Job Summary**
Mt Isa Baptist Church is seeking a full-time senior pastor to lead our congregation in fulfilling our mission of making Jesus known through our local church, regional footprint, and global impact.
**About the Role**
We are a conservative evangelical church with a solid biblical foundation, characterized by a strong commitment to children's ministry and a desire to grow our evangelism to the unbelievers in our community.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be committed to teaching and preaching that is biblical, application-based, and intellectually challenging. They will also be dedicated to the discipleship of all believers and the mentoring and coaching of our up-and-coming leaders.
**Requirements**
We are seeking a pastor with experience as a senior pastor, preferably in a similar-sized church or a rural church. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to ongoing growth throughout their professional journey.
**Eligibility**
Eligibility for registration with Queensland Baptists is essential. Remuneration will be based on QB Remuneration Guidelines.
**What We Offer**
We offer a four-bedroom + study manse and a supportive church community.
