Job Title: Dedicated Support Partner We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate support partners to join our vision. The Role:

 Requirements:

  • Background in disability, social work, mental health, or community services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to person-centred practice.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and relevant qualifications.
