Dedicated Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This role will involve providing direct support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for this position, as well as flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting others in achieving their goals.
