Job Title: Customer Fulfilment Coordinator

Key Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the success of our Aviation Supply Chain business, providing exceptional administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.

This key resource will be responsible for partnering with customers, workshops, overseas service providers, and local teams to deliver optimal outcomes for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills across various channels, including in-person, email, phone, and live chat.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering high-quality support to our global customer base, working independently or collaboratively to develop problem-solving solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotes for customers and escalate customer issues to relevant areas of the business to assist with meeting business targets and avoiding delays to the customer.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for communication to our global customers and/or management.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and formulate or contribute to a solution.
  • Intermediate-level excel and computer skills are necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude are crucial.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team or autonomously, utilizing initiative when needed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security clearance if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Aviation industry and terminology would be beneficial.
  • Experience working in a global corporate environment would be advantageous.
  • Flexibility around work hours would be appreciated.
  • Previous exposure to Lean concepts would be valuable.
