Lead Educator Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead a classroom where children, families, and educators thrive together.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF framework.
  • Develop engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning environments that foster child development.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families through effective communication and documentation.
  • Model and support best practices in curriculum planning, child safety, and quality improvement processes.
  • Promote teamwork, inclusion, and positive dynamics within the centre.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
  • Current Working with Children Check (VIC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
  • Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
