Job Description

The Transport Accident Commission is a purpose-driven organisation committed to caring for the lives of everyone who travels on Victoria's road. The commission promotes road safety and provides support to those who are injured in a caring, efficient, and financially responsible way.


This role is instrumental in driving the commission's performance, enabling agile and high-impact decision-making, and supporting the achievement of ambitious organisational goals. You will lead a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.


As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to generate insights from complex data.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven executive leader with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector context.
  • Able to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable value.
  • Post-graduate qualifications desirable.
