
Community Support Worker

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their support requirements and providing tailored services that empower them to make informed decisions about their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers with mental illness to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our customers
- Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or relevant qualifications
- Experience in community support for individuals with mental health conditions
- Knowledge of NDIS principles and practices
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, email, and internet
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Provide First Aid Certificate
