Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our Conference & Events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during events.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in food and beverage, ideally within a hotel or events environment. They will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive team-first attitude.

Key responsibilities will include setting up and packing down event spaces, providing efficient and professional food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of function spaces, and anticipating guest needs.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also be required to follow floor plans, run sheets, and event briefs to ensure accurate execution.

Our ideal candidate will be flexible, with availability including evenings/late nights, weekends, public holidays, and event-heavy periods. A current RSA certification is preferred but not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food & beverage, ideally within a hotel or events environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings/late nights, weekends, public holidays, and event-heavy periods
