We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Nurse to undertake Admit/Discharge duties in our dynamic facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Patient Intake: Meet with clients and patients upon arrival, discuss upcoming procedures, ensure preparations are completed smoothly according to standard operational protocols.
- Discharge Support: Guide clients through patient care plans during discharge, provide medication instructions, rehabilitation techniques, and aftercare details, addressing any questions.
- Client Communication: Act as a compassionate point of contact, keeping clients informed on patient treatments and progress, responding to queries about their pet's care while in hospital.
