Job Title:

Marketing and Branding Coordinator

Our company is seeking a bright, energetic, highly organised and business-minded marketer who is ready to take this opportunity and make a success of it.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and implement a broad range of marketing initiatives across the Group
  2. Act as brand champion for the Group and assist with branding projects
  3. Coordinate 3rd party suppliers and agencies
  4. Create and optimise eNewsletters (EDM's) for internal and external communication channels
Reporting and Analysis:

Reporting on the results of various marketing initiatives and working with the Marketing Manager to achieve better results going forward

Content Creation:

Create relevant articles for blogs, electronic marketing campaigns and newsletters to reach online engagement and content marketing goals

Copywriting for websites, flyers, brochures and video content, working both on your own and with copywriting agencies

Event Coordination:

Coordinate our attendance at events for our different business units and liaise with event organisers and our attendees

CSR Project Management: Coordinate our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and charity activities and ensure their successful implementation

About You:

You are a proactive, marketing-savvy individual who loves brands, marketing and thinks creatively about stakeholder engagement, and you like to get things done

A team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, your ability to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, professionalism and pride in your work makes you a valued member of the Marketing team

Passionate about achieving great results, you enjoy measuring the success of your projects and analysing how to improve them next time

You have at least 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator role

Highly organised, your outstanding time management skills mean that you'll thrive in a fast-paced team environment under tight deadlines

You are highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is also desirable

You have tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar
