Job Overview

The Principal Engagement role at the Early Years program requires a high-performing individual to drive impactful initiatives and contribute to a matrix structure. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to foster intersectoral collaborations and solutions that promote optimal child development and caregiver wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify strategic partnerships and leverage intersections to support optimal child development and caregiver wellbeing
  • Lead synergies across capability building, awareness raising, and research initiatives to deepen impact at national, state, and community levels
  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering changes in attitudes, practices, and behaviors
  • Manage grants and build partnerships through negotiation and financial management
