Role Overview:

Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator

This role is designed for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can support the marketing and communications efforts of our resort properties.

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media platforms, content creation tools, and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation
    • Create engaging social media posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
    • Develop visually compelling content that showcases our unique experiences and property offerings.
    • Monitor and engage with followers across multiple social media platforms.
  • Support Services
    • Coordinate communication and content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Administrative Support
    • Help track and report on content performance across social media platforms.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for content strategy and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of how to engage with online communities.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of organisation.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in creating content that showcases unique experiences.
  • Detail-oriented, with a creative mindset and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or communications is preferred.

Location: Sydney or Coffs Harbour. Flexibility in days may be negotiated, with some work potentially being done remotely.
