Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with your store team to deliver results and contribute to a positive store experience
* Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting wellbeing and safety for all
* Stay up-to-date with the latest products and brand initiatives, sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues
* Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
* Contribute to smooth store operations, managing stock and loss prevention, and providing recommendations for improvement
