We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our core Develop product team. This high-impact role involves shaping our product to help users unlock the power of our data for internal and external customers. Your work will directly impact users by providing a seamless and intuitive interface, helping them achieve their professional goals.

You'll collaborate with a diverse and talented team to create innovative solutions that make a tangible difference in the world of work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining the product roadmap for Develop, aligning it with company and technology goals while meeting customer needs.
  • Deeply understanding customer problems and building empathy with the appropriate audience.
  • Developing a product strategy that addresses customer pain points using quantitative and qualitative data.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience in product management or similar roles.
  • Research skills, including collecting qualitative and quantitative inputs, analyzing data, and distilling insights.
  • Exceptional collaboration abilities and a passion for working with cross-functional teams.
