This newly created leadership position will drive strategic goals and shape the association's training programs and professional excellence. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will champion professional standards across the association, promote a safe and inclusive culture, and lead a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee accreditation processes, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead site accreditation processes and oversee trainee wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage trainee and international selection processes in line with AMC and MBA requirements.
- Administer federal funding programs, including reporting and contract management.
- Engage with committees, government, and external stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting initiatives that promote respect, inclusion, and safety.
- Contributing to governance activities as part of the Executive Team.
Applicants should have strong understanding of professional conduct, workplace ethics, and behavioural management. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is required, along with demonstrated experience in compliance or regulatory settings.
- Experience in HR, education, counselling, compliance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
