Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families
  • Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting individuals with high-needs disabilities
  • Ability to manually handle clients with care and confidence
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook)
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
