Portfolio Manager Role

This is a highly autonomous position with responsibility for managing a portfolio of less than 50 properties.

The ideal candidate will have key responsibilities including:

  • Managing the rent roll and organizing maintenance
  • Liaising with owners and tenants, and handling lease renewals, rent increases, and arrears management
  • Converting leads into new managements and attending QCAT where required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
  • QCAT experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
