About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Pega Architect to lead the design and implementation of Pega decisioning solutions that will transform customer experiences. As part of our ANZ Transformation program, you'll work closely with Solution Architects and Lead System Architects to refine and implement designs iteratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customer data models by sourcing data from multiple systems using batch and real-time data ingestion.
  • Design and develop components to scale Pega CDH applications across multiple channels to deliver value to customers.
  • Monitor and optimize applications for scale, adhering to PEGA systems design principles and development guardrails.
  • Ensure application design, implementation, and delivery adhere to ANZ standards, controls, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of applications.
  • Good understanding of data models, integrations, and features of Pega decisioning.
  • Experience in designing and managing Pega Decisioning applications is a must-have.
  • Understanding of Cloud, data, and integration platforms will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in promoting Pega best practices and guardrail compliance.
