Job Description:

The Confidant Network and Safe Reporting team is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to fill the role of Case Manager. As a key member of the team, you will provide holistic support and advice to individuals who may be experiencing or have experienced harmful workplace behaviors.

As a Case Manager, your primary responsibility will be to adopt a confidential, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach when working with clients to achieve a resolution. You must possess exceptional listening skills, remain impartial and non-judgmental, and have a strong awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a contemporary understanding of relevant issues and experience in complaints resolutions, injury management, or welfare officer roles. They will also possess high levels of resilience and flexibility, as well as excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to present in public workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian Citizenship at the time of application
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Empathy, non-judgment, and exceptional listening skills
  • Contemporary knowledge and relevant experience
  • High levels of resilience and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal communications skills and ability to present in public workshops
