We believe operational excellence is a core part of how customers experience our brand. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team on a maximum-term maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivered Sales Forecasting: Utilize available tools and data sets to forecast sales and share clear outputs with relevant teams.
  • Track Performance: Monitor actuals vs forecast performance, assess mid-month variances, and lead monthly reviews.
  • Delivery Optimization: Identify and analyse delivery delays, communicate them to stakeholders, and provide insights on DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time).
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and supply chain awareness.
  • Ability to drive fulfilment performance, support sales forecasting, and deliver actionable planning insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
