Job Description

We are seeking a Child and Family Health Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide knowledge, reassurance, and practical strategies on infant feeding, sleep, toddler behaviour, and emotional wellbeing to families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage referrals to ensure families receive the right care at the right time
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person-centred care

The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for families with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence in supporting families with complex needs and diverse backgrounds.

Requirements
  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with AHPRA
  • Post-Graduate Qualifications and experience in Child and Family Health Nursing (or willingness to pursue)
