Job Overview:

We are seeking an administrative professional to support the Accounts and Procurement Managers with data entry, document processing, and export records.

About the Position:

  • Provide administrative support to Accounts and Procurement teams, including data entry and document processing
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, and summary reports, including export and traceability documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Manage payroll and related matters
  • Collate delivery and goods-received dockets accurately
  • Oversight of filing, petty cash, PPE, and consumable stock levels
  • Support production, quality, and health & safety processes
  • Maintain OSH administration, conduct toolbox meetings, and perform site inspections under WHS Manager direction
  • Coordinate return-to-work processes and transport injured workers when required
  • Direct incoming personnel and conduct inductions
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry and administration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail with effective time management skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive can-do attitude
  • Relevant administration experience (Cert III in Business Administration desirable)
  • Experience in OSH and Return to Work administration highly regarded
  • Current drivers licence essential
  • Experience in export documentation and traceability processes advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document processing
  2. Manage accurate records and maintain detailed reports
  3. Ensure effective communication across various channels
  4. Coordinate payroll and related activities
  5. Oversee office supplies, petty cash, and equipment maintenance
  6. Support business operations, including health and safety protocols
  7. Conduct toolbox meetings and inspect work sites as needed
  8. Provide support during return-to-work processes and coordinate transportation for injured workers
  9. Welcoming new employees and assist with their onboarding
