About the Role

Datacom is seeking a highly skilled SOE Architect to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our SOE Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Standard Operating Environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Endpoint Engineering Architecture for outsourced IT service environments
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to engineers on Enterprise endpoint management solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve the SOE Management process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
Requirements
  • 8 years of IT industry experience, with a focus on SOE management
  • Advanced knowledge of Enterprise endpoint management solutions, including SCCM and Intune
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows end user operating systems configuration and deployment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
