As a Wellbeing Carer at Bupa Caufield, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging community for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Fun Facilitator: Organize and lead activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Social Butterfly Extraordinaire: Develop strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and providing emotional support.
  • More than Just Activities: Assist with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes and outings, and offer additional support for residents with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
  • Resident Champion: Gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities resonate with residents and their families.
  • Hygiene Hero: Maintain high standards of infection control and a clean environment, adhering to protocols and procedures.
  • Catering Crewmate: Assist with meal preparation and presentation, prioritizing food safety and resident preferences.
