About the Role:

  • Work in response roles handling events such as protests and emergency management
  • Train across multiple locations and various positions
  • Have the opportunity to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to calls and emails providing immediate solutions for clients
  • Conduct welfare checks and monitor CCTV for security purposes
  • Coordinate and dispatch guards for late starts, no-shows, and alarm responses
  • Assist with after-hours rostering and cover drop shifts as needed
  • Brief Security Officers on-site requirements and maintain accurate logs
  • Report non-conformances to maintain quality service
  • Supervise Security Officers in the Site Manager's absence
  • Manage contractors ensuring safety and compliance
  • Act as Point-of-Contact for works commencement access approvals and incident resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Encourage project teams to follow governance protocols
  • Monitor and report on risks and hazards
  • Lead emergency response acting as Chief Fire Warden

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a site security controller or supervisor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingsness to support and step up as required into other roles
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Australian Citizenship or hold Unlimited Work Rights
