Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and mentoring the store staff, as well as providing world-class customer service every day.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, with exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to work flexibly, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, manage, and mentor the store team
  2. Provide customers with an unrivaled world-class customer service experience every day
  3. Represent the brand and uphold customer service philosophy with integrity
  4. Maintain a working knowledge of product details
  5. Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure store representation aligns with brand standards
  6. Exceed sales targets and maximize opportunities
