Senior Retail Experience Leader

The Senior Retail Experience Leader is a critical role responsible for driving business growth across multiple stores in NSW/ACT. Key responsibilities include fostering a customer-centric culture, ensuring outstanding brand presentation, and promoting a positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Profitability: Maximise store revenue, ensure retail targets are met or exceeded, and drive individual store and regional KPIs (customer acquisition, ATV, UPT, window conversion, in-store conversion).
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensure outstanding brand presentation, service, experience, and satisfaction, and promote a positive customer journey in-store with well-executed brand stories.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team and culture while promoting harmonious working relationships in-store, and conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Operational Management: Implement effective visual merchandising, store operations, and presentation standards, training, and stock management strategies, and take reasonable care for your own and others' health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with well-developed performance management ability.
  • Strategic thinker; competent at turning strategy into action.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
  • 5+ years in a similar senior retail role, demonstrated multi-store management across multiple regions.
  • Leadership experience with high-performance retail teams, delivering coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  • This role requires travel; a full driver's licence is required.
