EDRMS Administrator Contract

A local council in Sydney is seeking an experienced EDRMS Administrator for a 6-month contract.

The council aims to modernise their records management and improve information access for staff. They require an administrator to play a key role in delivering these enhancements.

About The Role

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for redesigning the Business Classification Scheme (BCS), developing a new Security Scheme, and implementing Microsoft Teams integration with Content Manager.

This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of best practice records management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Content Manager System Administrator
  • Proven track record in developing Business Classification Schemes and Security Schemes
  • Experience with registration templates and system configuration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration into Content Manager (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of records management standards and compliance requirements
