About the Opportunity

As an Accreditation Support Officer at UniSC, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of Accreditation and Curriculum activities across all schools.

  • Support the coordination of program reviews to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures;
  • Manage accreditation submissions to external bodies, maintaining accurate records and reporting;
  • Facilitate site visits to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing;
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials for senior leadership and committees;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely completion of program reviews and accreditation submissions;
  • Quality of communication and stakeholder engagement;
  • Effectiveness of collaborative efforts with university staff and external agencies;
  • Implementation of process improvements and best practices;
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reporting systems.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent combination of experience and/or education;
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively;
  • Strong committee coordination and agenda preparation skills;
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
