  • Work closely with the Radiographer in Charge (RIC) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to the reception team to ensure excellence in diagnostic imaging.
  • Manage the diary and patient data entry, as well as oversee the practice revenue cycle.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or medical administration setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
