About the Role
South Coast Radiology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at SCR. As the Clerical in Charge, you will be responsible for leading the Radiology Administration Team and ensuring that the reception team provides a superior service to our valued patients and referring doctors.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Radiographer in Charge (RIC) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to the reception team to ensure excellence in diagnostic imaging.
- Manage the diary and patient data entry, as well as oversee the practice revenue cycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or medical administration setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in administrative software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
