Salary

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our client's team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Build and maintain relationships with children, families, and staff members
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive centre culture
  • Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve program quality

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification
  • Current teacher registration and a valid Working with Children Check
  • Experience working in an early childhood setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
