About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutrition assessments and interventions to our clients in aged care facilities and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized plans to support clients' health and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal client outcomes.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of client plans to ensure ongoing support and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics.
- Current registration with the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- Ability to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
- Australian working rights.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
