We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutrition assessments and interventions to our clients in aged care facilities and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized plans to support clients' health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics.
