This role requires a skilled professional to take ownership of operational technology across all Bethanie sites. The operational technology encompasses closed circuit TV, digital signage, visitor registration systems, nurse call systems, and biometric devices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring minimal disruption to business as usual through efficient prioritisation and execution of enhancements, fixes, and changes to operational technology
  • Maintaining awareness of new software releases and fostering strong relationships with vendors
  • Providing professional, responsive, and effective stakeholder engagement, including forming and nurturing user groups for operational technology
  • Performing maintenance activities to operational technology as required

You will bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to configure and connect to OT and IoT platforms
  • A good understanding of Application/Hardware lifecycles
  • The ability to develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for systems owned
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
