Product Delivery Specialist

This role involves collaborating with software engineers during the development cycle, coordinating in-flight work, reviewing completed work, and overseeing team delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly collaborate with engineers to break down complex technical tasks into smaller, deliverable pieces and prepare project requirements.
- Prepare high-level concept designs for internal review and detailed designs and user experience flows, working with the product team to define scope.
- Attend team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas, and collect feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Contribute to release notes and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor production support for issues raised by customer support teams, perform triage, and facilitate ticket fixes if required.
- Experience working closely with product managers and software engineers to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects or previous experience as a senior product owner.
- Proficiency in Figma, creating UI libraries and design systems, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Experience in web app and/or mobile app design.
- Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting deadlines, resourcefully solve problems, and make pragmatic trade-offs.
