Product Development Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality products from inception to launch and ongoing support and monitoring of key product metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure products meet expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce and test prototypes, identify weaknesses, and obtain client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in product management within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of product domain, market landscape, customer requirements, and leading practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Data-driven problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and project management tools.
