We are seeking a skilled Transformative Care Specialist to join our collaborative team in Rockingham. As a key member, you will work closely with Foster Carers and other stakeholders to provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Our ideal candidate will possess a recognized professional qualification in Social Work and relevant experience in Child and Family social work settings. You will be proficient in Western Australian legislation and government initiatives, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Foster Carers and other stakeholders.
