The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator/Insurance Loss Adjuster to join our team at AMA Group Australia.

  1. Permanent position.
  2. Monday to Friday.
  3. Great work-life balance, 38 hours per week, no weekends.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  2. Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  3. Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
  4. Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  5. Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
  6. Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  7. Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  8. Hand over completed repairs to customers.
Requirements
  1. Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)
  2. Strong commitment to working safely.
  3. Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  4. High attention to detail.
  5. Reliable, hard working and a team player.
