Are you a skilled and passionate Automotive Technician/Mechanic looking for a new challenge? RAC Auto Services is a trusted name in auto repair and maintenance, with a commitment to quality work, reliability, and member satisfaction. We are currently seeking a workshop technician to join our team, working 8am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday with the opportunity for Saturday work (penalty rates). The vacancies are based south of the river.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Routine regular vehicle servicing for optimal performance and safety
  • Providing detailed repair estimates and precise vehicle condition evaluations to members.
  • Achieving service goals while maintaining top-notch work quality and teamwork.
  • Staying updated on automotive trends and tech advancements to enhance skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience and strong track record of successful automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in identifying intricate mechanical and electronic problems across vehicle models.
  • Commitment to delivering quality work with keen attention to detail.
  • Excelling in customer and team interactions through effective communication skills.
  • Relevant Certification Preferred Automotive Technology or related certification/degree.
  • Working efficiently in fast-paced environments without compromising accuracy.
  • Valid Driver's License: With a clean driving record.
